- Joined Technical Associates in February of 2023 as a Training Instructor
- Began predictive maintenance career in 2001 as an infrared thermographer and vibration technician
- Worked for various different contractors over the years providing data collection, analysis, reporting, and program implementation/management with all of the PdM technologies
- Developed curriculum for and taught the Predictive Maintenance associates program at Wichita State University
- Over 10 years experience with classroom and on-the-job training for various industries throughout the midwest
- Has training and certifications in all 5 of the core PdM technologies
