DISCOUNTS POLICY

A 5% DISCOUNT will be given for full payment at least 60 DAYS prior to the seminar start date.

Seminar Fees include textbook, breaks and lunches.

TRANSFER POLICY

Seminar transfers can be requested if you are not able to attend your scheduled seminar. A non-refundable $75 Administrative Fee will be applied to each transfer after the first complimentary transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 10 or more days before the course: 10% cancellation fee
• Less than 10 days before the course: 20% cancellation fee
• After the course begins: No refund

Note: Fees apply to the total cost, including the seminar and any applicable exam.

CREDIT POLICY

If you are issued a credit for a seminar in place of a refund, you must use the credit within 12 months of receiving the credit or it is forfeited.
